Evaluation of damages & causation
The three most important parts of a forensic investigation are what is the damage or issue, how much will it cost to repair or mitigate and why did it occur. We always start with an analysis of exactly what the problem is. This investigation usually reveals how the problem occurred, what should have been done to prevent it and how to remediate it. An understanding of who the responsible parties are is usually obvious at this point. When this analysis is completed in a clear, professional manner, a settlement is often achievable.
